HydroCosmos has developed the software Dunamic 1D which solves the complete St-Venant equations by the finite volume method. The most recent developments of numerical hydraulics are integrated in the tool. It allows analysing subcritical and supercritical flow and transition and hydraulic jumps are automatically detected. The transition between free surface flow and pressure flow can also be computed.

Data, models and results are managed by the interface DuMap, which offers also GIS tools for visualisation.
